Little Orchid was very excited to go outside with me and take some photos of everything that is currently bloomin' in the garden.
When we journeyed to the back yard, we had to stop and pick some Black Eyed Susans to bring in with us for the vase on the coffee table.
This lovely Black Eyed Susan vine is winding around my back porch railing and is so pretty to look at with all its bright orange blooms.
Some of my Hydrangeas are still in bloom.......I particularly love the purple and blue.
These blooms have no shortage of visitors and this little guy was quite happy to let me photograph hiim over and over again.
My favorite right now though, are my dinner plate sized perennial Hibiscus, they are truly a joy to watch blooming every day.
I hope your garden is happy and in full bloom right now as well. Try to stay cool in this hot August weather........ Stay tuned for a new painting fresh from my easel.....until next time......

Beautiful! I'm jealous that you are able to grow Hibiscus in your garden! My favorite color hydrangea is also blue and thankfully I did plant one of those this year. Enjoy the rest of your summmer!
