Artful Pendants

I've started a new creative adventure that I'm having a tremendous amount of fun with, I'm creating glass art pendants from my paintings and photographs. I've also launched a new ETSY shop, Artful Pendants!

I have to say that making each pendant by hand is very therapeutic and relaxing. I'll be adding more and more pendants to my shop over time but for now, I feel I'm off to a good start.

All the pendants, whether they are photographs or paintings, are inspired by nature and therefore, I felt I had to do something quite special and "natural" when photographing them. I have to say, taking photos of them is almost as much fun as creating them.

Pendants are $7.50 a piece and I will always be running a buy 2 get one free offer. I hope you will visit my new ETSY shop and enjoy these new nature inspired pieces. .

Hi Ruth,

Your glass pendants are fabulous. I just bought the pink rose - my first experience in visiting ETSY -and your on line shop - beauiful.
Congratulations on your new venture into glass pendants.
So glad you liked your garden sign.

Thank you Erin...I'm so overwhelmed by the response to these pendants...I so enjoy making them and it is a pleasure to use my artwork and photographs to create them.

I always take lots of photos because I truly love using my camera and capturing beauty I see around me. I always save all the photos and some end up being paintings...some of course, just sit on my computer and do not get used. So this is a real pleasure for me to be able to use them and have so much fun at the same time.

Ruth these pendants are lovely, I'm glad you found making them relaxing. I started making some earlier in the year, I can't say I found making them relaxing, although mine were soldered around the edges, I can see yours are made in a different way, I love them, they don't look as heavy as the ones I attempted (did you notice I used the word attempted and not finished) anyway I think you've done a great job, the price you're asking is very reasonable for the work put in, wishing you lots of good sales with these!!
