Dancing Dragonflies Triptych

A new painting just came off the easel in my studio - "Dancing Dragonflies" . I bought some really wonderful canvases that I wanted to use to comprise this new triptych painting, I actually bought a couple of sets because I knew I would be hooked and would want to paint more pieces with this particular layout.

Each panel measures 18" x 6" and put together has a total measurement of 18" x 18".

I love the extra deep gallery canvas so as always, the depth of these cavases are 1 1/2".

I'm trying to finish up another triptych at the moment... "Spring Breaking Through" and I hope to be showing that soon. Each year we all look forward to spring time emerging with all the color and new growth of the season and that is what this new painting will be about, the unstoppable force that spring is, the new season breaking through the old. Hopefully that one will be done soon and ready for the camera in a few more days. www.artfulcreations.etsy.com

Hi Ruth,
I love your triptych painting. So fresh and pretty. I have a small wooden triptych to paint if I find some extra time. It has been extremely busy for me this season already.
Looking forward to your new painting too.

Happy Fall and lots of creating fun.
Hugs, Celestina Marie

Hi Ruth!

I just a had moment to actually read my comments and saw yours! It's been a while :)

Love the tryptych and the painting below with the butterflies. Congratulations on getting into a new gallery.

My daughter just started SCAD (she's majoring in animation) but she has a lot of field trips to various galleries in Atlanta that she has to go to on the weekends. We're looking forward to accompanying her and seeing what the art scene in Atlanta is all about!

Take care,

Manuela
