Harbinger Of Spring Acrylic Painting

First of all I want to thank everyone for the well wishes for little Dudley. He has recovered from his Vestibular Disease and is back to his old self again. In his mind he is probably ahead of the game because he got two new talking toys out of the deal.
I've been working on 3 new canvases, 2 tree scapes and this smaller multi-canvas painting, "Harbinger Of Spring" which was inspired by some beautiful tulips I saw at the spring bulb show at the Botanical garden a couple of years ago.
Each canvas panel measures 8" square for a total of 16" h x 8" w x 1/1/2" deep.
This painting will soon be listed in my shop at: www.artfulcreations.etsy.com Back I go to work on my tree scapes.....

Hi Ruth,
These pieces are fabulous.
The black background really sets off the bright colours of the flowers and bird!
Happy creating,
