Inspirational Keepsake Greetings

The last couple of weeks I've been working on creating some greeting cards for licensing purposes. I thought it would be fun though to paint them on gallery canvas so that while they could be used and licensed as greeting cards, each actual painting could be a keepsake greeting in its own right. A lasting piece of art to hang on your wall, give as a gift etc....

I will be creating more of these in the future but this week I have the inspiration to work on some seasonal wreath paintings......I have to go where the painting bug takes me so......I think it is time for a spring wreath design. I hope the weather is as warm and wonderful everywhere as it has been this winter in NY......Enjoy the longer days.

Great idea to create these with a dual purpose. The paintings are wonderful and warming!

We are looking at possibly 70 degrees tomorrow in MA!!!

Delightful, who wouldn't be tickled pink to receive a canvas painted wish to hall and keep forever.

Hi Ruth, Love your creations and they will make perfect cards. I have done this and used to sell them in my brick and mortar shoppe years ago. They did well and just recently I got a request to bring them to my etsy with photo cards too. So been thinking this through. Just not enough hours in the day for it all. Do you find this too? Even blogging take time and gets pushed back a lot.

You are going to do well with them I just know it. Your talents are just amazing my friend.
Hope you are having warmer days now. We are having bad storms today and it rained all night. This morning there is flooding all around.
Happy Spring.
Hugs, Celestina Marie

I had to laugh at your pretzel comment. That is what I would call that crazy yoga position too! Yoga is such an amazing workout!!!
