As you can see, this time I painted a Spring bluebird perched on a Dogwood branch...
This little bird was painted on an 8 x 10 gallery wrapped , oval canvas. I created it as a special surprise for a friend....not just any friend, a best friend. You know that kind of person, somebody who is always on your side, there for you in thick and thin....to sum it up...JUST THE BEST THERE IS. She knows who she is ......and hopefully knows how special she is to me....Enjoy your bluebird!!

Such a wonderful present to give to a friend. I am not tired of the birds on your blog yet, far from it! Cute little bluebird with fluffy clouds in the background, simply too good for words!
BTW I have a yellow bird on my blog today.
Oh how pretty! The colors are wonderful. I just finished another bird painting too.

Donna
I love blue birds so I'm glad to see this little painting. The oval canvas was the perfect choice!

A good Saturday morning to you Ruth. Who could ever tire of sweet little birds. Your friend is a lucky lady. I think bluebirds are my favorites. We have lots out here. When I come down the lane to the house they fly in front of the car like they are leading me or something. I feel like Snow White. :)
Oh my gosh.. I LOVE the bluebird!!! So pretty!
You are very talented. Love the birds. I'll be back.

Your bluebird is so so sweet! I used to live in NY and I always got happy when I spotted a bluebird.
Happy painting!
