I'm headed off for two weeks of vacation....one week spent at home relaxing and the second....drum roll please.....Chris and I are taking a cruise to Bermuda! Now that the cruise is happening in a week, I'm so excited I just cannot wait. I'll be taking a ton of photos on my trip and some I'll be sharing on my blog. It will be an amazing trip, especially because we've never done anything like this before.
One of the things I look forward to on my vacations is just some time away from thinking about art and painting, I need a mental as well as physical break from it all. I can always be sure to come back from my vacations filled with inspiration and lots of desire to paint. I've gotten a great recommendation on which beach to visit in Bermuda, it is supposed to be one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere, so I cannot wait to see it. I think my camera will get some non stop use on this trip and who knows....I might be feeling inspired to paint some ocean-scapes when I return home.
So in the mean time, enjoy the summery beauty that I captured with my camera while at the botanical garden recently........see you in a couple of weeks.

I hope you have a fbaulous vacation... I now what you mean about the need to rejuvenate... its important .... your brain needs rest just like the other parts of our bodies do...
