Doing Some Porch Sitting

This morning the 3 Tzu's and I took a break from art and instead, waited together on the front porch for a parade to start. Camera in hand , we were waiting to snap a photo of Chris as he marched by.

As you can probably guess, we got outside just a little bit early, hence I turned my camera on the 3 Tzu's so we wouldn't get too bored waiting for the music to start and the people to march by. Dudley and Orchid are looking out in to the street waiting for the action to start.

Orchid decided to get right up into the camera for a super close up.

Willow doesn't see so well but he was really excited to be looking out into the street at all the people passing our house.

Time goes by pretty quickly and no sooner do things start...then they end and the troops now focus on waiting by the door so they can head back in to that nap that I woke them up from to take them onto the porch. The festivities were fun but you know how it is, we all have our priorities in life and a good nap is right up there on the list.

They're all so sweet!
Napping must be a pre-occupation of the breed.
My Madelaine spends the first half of the morning napping except when you ask if she wants to go for a ride!
Enjoy the cooler day!

I absolutely adore your porch sitters!! I laughed out loud at the nose one. Oh man....can't imagine what it would be like to get a bat in your house. How does that happen? Have a great weekend Ruth! ~ Lynn
